We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our inbound customer service/sales team with an excellent telephone manner who also has good web skills in order to manage our company website.

The customer service and sales side of the job entails: dealing with incoming calls from clients, quoting clients, calling our suppliers, getting quotes from our suppliers, processing orders, customer service etc. and the web side of the job entails: updating the company website (see http://www.w-co.co.uk ) with new photos, text, pages, changing layouts, adding features etc. Preferred web skills: HTML; also beneficial to have knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, Dreamweaver & PHP.

Essentially we’re looking for a good all rounder with the willingness to learn and to assist with all elements of the day-to-day running of a small business.

Must have own transport due to countryside location.
