Based in Tunbridge Wells, my client are a Campaign top 50 full service agency, 70 strong, renowned for commitment to their award-winning people and long standing client relationships.
Having the ability to fully service any marketing or advertising requirement for their clients, including media planning and buying, creative development and execution across all media, strategic consultancy and brand planning.
The role:
Designer Illustrator, Photoshop & Flash

Web designer with a thorough understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator & Flash together with a comprehensive knowledge of interactive design & usability as well as strong layout & typographic skills required by integrated agency as they embark on a journey of digital growth.

The successful candidate will be working within a high calibre creative team on an array of digital projects & integrated campaigns with end customers ranging from global high profile blue chip organisations to regional retail clients.

We are ultimately looking for someone with a comprehensive design toolbox. Any knowledge of Quark and Indesign & general accessibility skills would be useful but are certainly not essential as the key focus is very much on Photoshop, Illustrator & Flash experience. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable portfolio to back up their CV.
Key objectives:
 To translate the clients brand/business objective into a digital interactive vision
 To translate the creative teams concept into a creative visual representation
 To translate the information architecture into a creatively visual representation that meets user/client needs
 To translate the big idea into a tangible theme for the digital medium
 To provide visual clarity to the information
 To provide focus and attention to specific areas highlighted as relevant for the user journey
 To provide emotion to the digital medium
 To highlight areas of navigation
 To provide conventions that can be easily identified by the user
 To liaise with the Project Manager/Information Architect to find areas that require a graphical consistent approach
 To animate required solution in Flash
