A manufacturing company are looking for a full time engineer to be based at their head office in Whitstable.

The candidate will be required to assist the Plant Manager in day to day running of operations within the company. There will also be a number of Research & Development projects of which the engineer will be expected to take ownership of and see through to completion.

The candidate will be working alongside the quality inspector also to deal with issues arising through our manufacturing process. They will be required to produce drawings for any new products and identify any existing products that is not supported by a drawing and issue one.

They will be expected to provide the customer service and the sales department with technical support, and be able to undertake a new up and coming project in the US.

You will need a HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Window packages (XP, office) AutoCAD and Solid work.
It is essential that you have a working knowledge of the seating or automotive industry.
