Our local client has been established in Sevenoaks for over 50 years and operates a friendly and welcoming working environment. You will certainly not be stuck in a stuffy office and will have access to a wide range of facilities on site as an employee.



They require someone to take the technical lead in the support and ongoing development of all company databases, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of electronically held data, providing management reporting where required, and ensuring that the database implementation project is timely and evaluated.



Experience required is:



3-5 years experience using reporting tools such as Crystal Reports / SQL reporting services.

3-5 years experience in a similar sized organisation (350 PCs) in a Database administrator / Database user support role.

A broad understanding of database concepts and design elements.

A general all-round knowledge of desktop software

Ability to work in a busy ICT Team environment

Proven Project Management skills

Proven communication skills both oral and written (including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users).

Ability to think and act clearly under pressure

Competent decision-maker

Administratively self-servicing (Organised and methodical)
